Villa 375 South
An interpretation of contemporary living, where architectural lightness serves as the guiding principle of the project.
An interpretation of contemporary living, where architectural lightness serves as the guiding principle of the project.

Located in the exclusive setting of Hibiscus Island, Miami Beach, Villa 375 South is the result of a collaboration between Zuccon International Project, responsible for the artistic direction and interior design, and Baxter, which curated the entire furnishing selection for the residence, bringing its vision of materials, research, and comfort into every space.
Developed by Imago Development and T&T Investment, the residence represents a meeting point between Italian excellence and an international vision of contemporary living.
Neutral materials, natural tones, and a constant interplay with light and landscape define the character of the home.

Spacious and filled with natural light, the living area unfolds through a series of distinct yet interconnected spaces.
In the conversation area, the AURA leather sofa anchors the room, paired with two AIMEE armchairs in a deeper tone that adds rhythm and depth to the composition. At the centre, the AEGATES coffee table in poplar burl introduces an organic presence that echoes the surrounding landscape and the project's natural palette.
In the dining area, the LAGOS marble table stands out for its strong material character, while the AFRA leather chairs complement its presence with clean, understated lines.

On the opposite side of the living space, the kitchen is accompanied by INGA stools, whose essential and contemporary design integrates seamlessly into the architecture of the home.
Adjacent to it, a dedicated lounge area features the CHICAGO leather sofa and the NEPAL armchair.
Completing the setting is the NUVOLA floor lamp, whose soft, fluid forms evoke the surrounding landscape and reinforce the continuous dialogue between interior and exterior spaces.

The sleeping area is defined by the understated elegance of the PARIS bed, whose essential lines are complemented by the JOVE side tables, distinguished by their sculptural presence and material richness.
Beyond the bedroom, a relaxation area opens onto the expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing that characterises the villa’s architecture. Here, the connection with the landscape becomes even more immediate through the GINESTRA leather chaise longue, whose metal structure allows light and air to flow freely, reinforcing the sense of continuity between indoors and outdoors.

In the outdoor spaces, the MAYA collection takes centre stage. Open-Air chairs, armchairs, and beach loungers integrate effortlessly into the landscape, creating an atmosphere of relaxed comfort while extending the architectural language of the villa beyond its walls.
