SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Baxter, a leading company in the upholstered furniture sector, is seeking to expand its team with 1 PRODUCT DESIGNER for the Technical Department, with experience in the industry.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-respectful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of 2D and 3D technical drawings for the creation of custom products and prototypes.

  • Drafting of product technical sheets, assembly instructions, and packaging studies.

  • On-site support at third-party manufacturers/suppliers during product development phases.

  • Assistance to the sales and purchasing departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (upholstered furniture sector)

  • Degree in Product Design is highly preferred

  • Good knowledge of the following software:

  • Rhino (3D)

  • AutoCAD (2D)

  • Photoshop

  • Microsoft Office Suite + Computer License

  • Own means of transport

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Strong team-working skills

  • A sense of responsibility and professionalism complete the profile

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Baxter, a leading company in the furniture sector, is seeking 1 resource for the PURCHASING DEPARTMENT:

The selected candidate will manage the back office operations of the purchasing department.

Specifically, the role involves:

  • receiving incoming goods and processing delivery notes;

  • monitoring shipping and delivery timelines;

  • managing delivery notes and documents related to purchases;

  • following up with suppliers.

The ideal candidate:

  • holds a high school diploma;

  • has prior experience in a similar role, even minimal, preferably in the furniture sector;

  • has excellent knowledge of main management software and programs;

  • demonstrates a practical and detail-oriented approach;

  • has a good command of the English language;

  • owns a vehicle.

Additional qualities: precision, reliability, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Full-time, on-site position.

Contract type and salary will be based on skills and experience.
